Releasing the Old Story and Stepping Into A New Era: Letting Go with Intention and Gratitude

Image
We all carry stories with us—narratives from our past that shape how we think, feel, and interact with the world. These stories often play on a loop in our minds and conversations: what went wrong, what could’ve been, or even memories of the “good old days.” While reflection can be meaningful, holding onto these stories—whether they’re rooted in joy or resentment—can block us from receiving new, aligned experiences. It’s like trying to drive forward while keeping your eyes glued to the rearview mirror.  When we cling to “what once was,” we hold ourselves back from the magic waiting in the present moment and limit our ability to step into a new era. In this post, we’ll explore how to release old stories with love and gratitude and open ourselves to the fresh opportunities we truly desire.  Why We Hold Onto Old Stories (And How They Hold Us Back) It’s human nature to revisit past experiences, hoping to make sense of them or preserve the good times. However, when we replay these narrative

What You Perceive, You Receive: Shaping Your Reality with Intention

When it comes to manifestation, one of the most powerful lessons to embrace is this: What you perceive, you receive . Your energy, thoughts, and beliefs serve as the foundation for your experience of reality. Whether you realize it or not, the way you view the world, yourself, and others acts like a mirror—reflecting your assumptions and bringing them to life.   The Power of Focus Have you ever noticed that when you label something as “difficult” or tell yourself, “This isn’t happening fast enough,” it starts to feel even more out of reach? That’s not just a coincidence—it’s energy in motion. What you focus on, you multiply. If you see obstacles everywhere, you’ll find more of them. But if you shift your focus toward ease and possibility, the landscape of your experience will begin to change.   The truth is, your perception dictates what unfolds . When your energy aligns with doubt, frustration, or impatience, you create more experiences that match those feelings. However, the good ne

What Drew Me Back to the Law of Assumption

Image
Many people discover spiritual practices like the Laws of Attraction, Vibration, and Assumption when they’re going through some sort of upheaval. Often, it’s a breakup that leaves them with a desire to bring someone back or open themselves to new love. Others turn to these laws hoping to manifest windfalls of money, and if I’m being honest, that was my entry point too. The idea that I could manifest love, money, and so much more felt exciting and empowering.   My First Steps: The Law of Attraction I began my manifestation journey in late 2018, diving deep into the Law of Attraction. Like many, I immersed myself in YouTube channels hosted by creators such as Jake Ducey, Aaron Doughty, and Robert Zink. I also re-read some classics like Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now and Rhonda Byrne’s The Secret, and even revisited some recorded Abraham Hicks seminars available online. These teachings opened my eyes to new ways of thinking, yet something didn’t fully click .   Despite my best effort

Embracing Your Past Self and Integrating into Wholeness

Self-integration is one of those messy, raw, beautiful journeys that no one can fully prepare you for. It’s about pulling all the threads of who you were, are, and are becoming into a cohesive, loving whole . It’s about learning to accept and even love all those versions of yourself that you may have once tried to hide, push away, or deny. As someone who has been on this adventure for years, I can tell you that this process is anything but linear.  For me, accepting myself—my birth name, “Eva,” my past mistakes, and my choices—has been a wild, winding journey , full of unexpected turns and deep moments of reflection. But it’s also been necessary. I couldn’t step into who I am now without first turning around and fully embracing who I was then.  There’s something powerful about looking in the mirror and feeling a sense of genuine love for the person staring back at you. This hasn’t always been the case for me. There was a time when I couldn’t fully see or appreciate myself without attac
